  • Annual Freezer Stock Up!


    If you prefer to stock your freezer once per year - this is for you!

    Reserve your 2025 birds just like you always have and lock in 2024 pricing of $5.25/lb.

    *** You will reserve by placing a DEPOSIT of $10/each bird which will be applied to your total balance (based on final weights) at pick up.

    Birds average 4-6lbs.
    5 bird minimum.

    Pick up months June through October (first come first serve).

  • NEW! Monthly Pick Up - On Farm

    If you want to enjoy local chicken but don’t have the freezer capacity to buy in bulk - join our new monthly pick up!

    You can choose to pick up WHOLE or PARTED OUT birds.

    You will be notified of the exact pick up day/time one week in advance.

    WHOLE BIRD monthly pick up:
    - 5 birds (averaging ~5 lbs)
    - $520/season or $130/month
    - 4 Pick Ups (June, July, August, September)

    PARTED BIRD monthly pick up:
    Parts include a variety of boneless skinless breasts, thighs, drums, and wings.
    - 25 lbs various cuts
    - $700/season or $175/month
    - 4 Pick Ups (June, July, August, September)

    You can choose to pick up WHOLE or PARTED OUT birds. .

 FAQs

  • YES! You can break your monthly pick up into 4 payments (November, December, January, February). To ensure all spots are filled, full amount is due by the beginning of the season.

  • I don’t blame you! It’s hard to go without our chicken once you’ve grown used to it! Just add both your monthly pick up preference AND the deposit for the number of bulk birds you’d like to your cart at check out. I’ll make a note to reserve your freezer stash for end of season pick up.

  • Since this is our first year with this program, we will not be able to offer customized part options. But if that’s something that important to you (I know not everyone eats thighs or wings!) we will definitely make a note to try and accommodate in future seasons!

  • I’m still finalizing a host for this, but my goal is to be somewhere in the central Grand Rapids area to accommodate those living south of the city. If you live in this area and are willing to host for a discount - let me know!

    Pick up will be later morning/early afternoon.

    Everything will come 100% frozen and in coolers with a 1 hour time frame for pick up. There will be no freezer storage once transported, but if you need to arrange someone else to pick up for you that’s totally fine!

    If you live in GR and have other friends to co-ordinate sharing pick up with, I highly recommend it!

  • We are only offering two dozen monthly pick ups. 75% of those are available during the Early Bird Sign Up - the other 25% will be available next spring but without the free bonuses and potentially a higher price.

    (Same applies for our annual stock up option)

  • YES!! There will be a small delivery fee added but I’m happy to bring them when making our monthly drop off.
