  • MARCH - Crocheting for Beginners

    Join us for a morning of hands on learning of an old fashioned winter past time - crocheting! We’ll cover everything for complete beginners - even if you’ve never even held a hook before.

    Throughout this workshop we’ll cover:

    — Basic Terminology

    — Tools Need & Tips for Buying Yarn

    — Starter Stitches and Projects

    — Tips for Success

    All ages 7+ are welcome.

    Class fee includes take home beginner kit with all materials needed to go home and keep working (yarn, hook, printable patterns, tote, etc) as well as refreshments & snacks to enjoy while we learn!

  • APRIL - Grow Your Own Veggies

    Ready to start growing your own food no matter where you are WITHOUT chemicals!? In this workshop, we will cover everything you need to know:

    - How to prepare your brand new or existing growing area

    - When and how to plant common crops

    - Basic plant care and management tips

    - Hands on seed starting (and where to find seeds/soil)

    - And more!

    This is a great class for all ages 7+

  • JUNE - Meat Chickens 101

    Ready to start raising your own meat? Come learn everything you need know to know to raise chicken right in your backyard! Throughout this workshop we’ll cover:

    — Different breeds to consider

    — Brooding tips, which feed to use, and how much to budget for

    — When to move chickens to pasture & Chicken Tractor Designs

    — When to process + FULL hands on butchering

    All ages 7+ are welcome. (Up to parents discernment) Space is limited.

    Class fee includes lunch, printed materials, & one whole bird to take home ($25 value)!
